I took my car in and it took 2 days to remove 4 Philip screws on a bass button that cartunes placed in front of my code checker in addition to attempting to charge me 125.00 to remove the 4 screws. Then they said I needed a new a 200.00 battery to check codes. I paid for the battery only for them to tell me I need 390.00 spark plugs to check codes! They had a full copy of my warranty but insisted on charging me for things that weren't covered. I ultimately told them that I just wanted my car back to take it somewhere else. S... read more
