Very organized dealership. Internet Sales Manager and Bob were knowledgeable and easy to work with, Deal made via email, text and phone. Dealership arranged to pick me up at the train station, had everything ready, I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Gary Alexander was the salesman I worked with-great. Nice gentleman, low key/no pressure. Walked me through the basics of car, then gave it to me to test drive on my own. Afterward, went through the carfax/history, my questions, costs- internet price was as advertised. Car was exactly what I was looking for and opted to purchase that day. I did not go to look at the vehicle because they were honest about it. Buy as is and the "check engine light" was on so I passed.

This car is not worth the buy they was asking 5000 for the car and raised the price the car has high mileage and electrical problems that will cost you in the long run the navigation system and radio does not work it’s frozen the passenger seat has electric problems now if a authorized Cadillac dealer doesn’t want to invest and fix the car problems why should you my advice to you is runnnnn!!!

I assume from the asking price this was a vehicle on our AS-IS wholesale lot.We clearly state that these vehicles are un-inspected and sold in AS-IS condition.Some people take advantage of these extremely low priced units and know they need to do some work on them.Others decide they want to pass and get a vehicle that has been inspected with a warranty for a higher price.That is a consumers choice.Did any of our employees treat you poorly or mis-represent the vehicle?
