Good experience
Just relocated from DFW. Wasn’t looking forward to changing dealerships for service but I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Good people.
After 3 different trips over a 3 week span I gave up & went somewhere else for an oil change. The first trip I was told "he just went to lunch." I assume there's only 1 technician? The 2nd trip it would have been over an hour wait. I left & made an appointment for another day. My 3rd trip I was told they were short handed but he'd be with me shortly. A few experiences here. Always seem to leave with a sour taste. Always an issue, but they have been very reliable to resolve the problems. The time, hassle, and frustration is what is costing them stars.

The lack of a fifth star for this experience has absolutely nothing to do with salesman Augustine Longoria. I couldn't have asked for a better experience ... from the time he approached us on the car lot when we first arrived, the most complete (not to mention fun) test drive I've ever been allowed to take, answering question after question, understanding when I explained the importance of not having an ugly upholstery color ... he was with me all the way.
