The service department was wonderful to me today. I scheduled an appointment on line. They had a courtesy car bring me home and pick me up. Coffee and donuts were available. Called me with an estimate of repairs. Thank you Jesse Paez, Lorenzo Martinez, and Daniel Rubio. I would highly recommend Gene Messer Kia Service Department.
Patrick Silvas was such a pleasure to work with!! Went in for an oil change on my 2016 Kia Soul Exclaim and drove away in a brand new 2017 Kia Sportage!!! By far the BEST car buying experience I've ever had, my husband and i knew exactly what we wanted/needed/& could afford going in and made our expectations clear from the beginning. The staff from the salesman Patricio the finance guy Connor and can't forget Steve? I think.. lol they were all very caring and made sure we walked away with a smile on our faces... definitely recommend Gene messer Kia. Patricio is an amazing salesman and very attentive.
We went into the store with shaky credit and didnt know if we could get into a car but with the help of everyone in the store especially Dee Alonzo helped Christina Halbedier and myself we were able to get into a 2016 Kia Forta we would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of ya!!!!!
