I don't usually write reviews, but this was one the best experience I have had buying a car. All due to my salesmen, Michael Bates and the people that work at Kia. They were very kind and courteous and listen to what I wanted. Michael went above and beyond my expectations. I have had a Nissan for many years and researched a Kia for the past year. I was determined to purchase a Kia this time. I had no problems with my purchase with Gene Messer EXCEPT for a few issues. I was told the vehicle included TWO KEYS, once I purchase and signed my finance agreement then was told ONLY one key would be included. But I could purchase another for $250 dollars! And the cleaning of the vehicle was at most mediocre at best. For purchasing a 2017 vehicle you would think they would at least vacuum the floors. So... read more
