RecommendedNot even from the Lubbock area, but needed to get my Kia serviced. Everyone has been extremely courteous and helpful. Kept me up to date on my vehicle status and any hiccups they came across. Overall, a very great experience.

About three weeks ago I bought my first brand new car, a 2018 Kia Forte. Every thing went smoothly thanks to Skyler and Patrick. Took a bit of time to find a bank that would work with my credit to get the payments I wanted but these guys made it work. Next time I am in the market for a new car I'll be coming back to GMK.
The service because it is great. also, the employees are wonderful, patience and caring.
I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. They've had my soul for over a month. Every time I call it's one excuse after another Of why it's not ready but they assure me they'll have someone call me after they check on it. It doesn't help to even go straight to the Service Director same shit different day.
