May 1, 2018 we put our car in for engine replacement under warranty, now it's Oct. 23, 2018. Why is it taking 6 months, maybe longer cause it's still there, does it take to replace an engine? No one has called to update us, probably cause there isn't one. I've called in and even went to talk to someone to get updates, but only excuses are given. How long does it take to replace an engine?!?!..... 6 months and counting.
