I was not called when my car was finished, I had to call and was put on hold numerous times because they could not find my paperwork or keys. Finally got them and it was about 7:30 when my car was done at 6. Very frustrated as this was my first time ever having my car serviced there. I also had 3 recalls and was only made aware of 1.
Salesman listened to what I was looking for and showed me the options that were available.

Highly recommend Gene Messer Kia! This was my first visit at the facility to take care of several recalls I’ve been ignoring for my Optima. While I waited, I was shuttled around town and enjoyed my day shopping. They took care of all the issues and I still got home at a decent hour. Very friendly crew & a pleasant experience overall. 😊
