I was having a bad experience with my car. When I took it in everything was fine. And then it took about 2 weeks to get everything taken care of. They also messed up my car at the same time. When I would call to check on my car my advisor was so busy he couldn't pick up the phone and call back either. I walk in and he was at his desk on his cell phone doing nothing. Paperwork wasn't even ready either.

absolutely horrible experience last time I will go to gene messer kia took it to Odessa and had a way better experience gene messer kia looks for any reason to not do the factory warranty coverage to charge you out of pocket and I am sure bill kia as well
