I recently took my Kia Optima to get an oil change we’ll come to find out my car had a recall in which by the way they informed me of it and took immediately great concern of the matter the service manager was excellent with all the info he was giving me now this is the first car I’ve ever owned that was a Gene Messer product and they were GREAT. Good experience with GMK today.. went in for an oil change. Found out we need some work done on the car and we really don't have the funds right now. The wait took forever but having the wifi and refreshments helped alot with the kids during a 2 hour wait. The service manager on duty (didn't catch his name) was wonderful. God bless you sir. I called and made an appointment for last Friday to have the oil changed, two recalls done and my car inspected. They were so nice when I got there to drop off my car. Offered me a ride to work and said they would come get me when it was ready. Didn’t need them to but it was nice to know they could. The job was taken care of one timely manner and I couldn’t be happier with them. Thanks so much.
