Came out from CA to get my car. Love it! Took care of everything via phone and fed ex. They took good care of my mom in her lease so I bought a car from them!
We love our Optima! Augustine was wonderful, personable, and really helped us find the car we loved. These guys got us the car we wanted within our budget and we couldn't be happier! I was skeptical about Kias, but now I'm in love. If you need a new car, definitely go to Gene Messer!
Everyone here was super helpful not only did we stay in my budget but also my best experience at a car dealer. Augustine is the best car salesman that i have ever dealt with personally and then the managers here are great here also. The people here not only want to get you in a newer car but also make sure you're happy while giving you a great deal at the same time.
We love our new Kia Optima. We shopped several dealerships and Patrick was the best salesman we came across. We had a clear vision of what we wanted in a car, and he accommodated that, even though I know we were difficult customers ;) We've had an equally exceptional experience with the service department.
