Was disappointed in our first visit. Brought my husband out in the pouring rain with flu symptoms and sat in the waiting room 40 min only to be informed they were out of flu tests. That happens. I get it. A simple sign on your door would have saved my already sick husband some grief and given us time to get to another clinic. Everything else except the emergency room is already closed.
Very nice people and really cared how you felt. I will definitely go back if need be.
I love this urgent care!!!! Every time I've been they LISTENED to me and how I felt and what was bothering me and not just ASSUMED what was wrong!! Its very hard to find Doctors/nurses that still have that "bed side manner"!!!! Also I love the fact that last few times I've been in, either for myself, one of my kids, or bringing someone else in there I'm usually in and out within an hour!!!
My second visit in 3 weeks. I’m impressed with the care I received and how nice and sweet everyone was.
I ended up coming down with the flu on a Saturday morning and decided to try Gateway after a few recommendations from co-workers/friends. I have never been to a walk-in clinic before and was hesitant to see a PA because all of the experiences with PAs have not gone to well for me. The PA I saw was fantastic. She was very thorough, attentive, and she had very good bedside manner. I got a mini tour of the office space and was very impressed with the layout and everything the clinic could treat. Highly recommend!

I HIGHLY recommended Gateway for any urgent care needs. The staff was so kind to my sick 3 year old and I. Whitney and Mallory were so sweet to us and very efficient! It is evident they love their job! Our PA, Amber, was incredible with my daughter! She was fun, friendly and took the time to listen and discuss our case. Excellent care.
The care during the visit was exceptional, but it took 5 follow up phone calls to get my medication called in accurately and my 7 year old was prescribed the adult dosage of Tamiflu versus the liquid pediatric dosage therefore making his visit a null and void essentially.
