I took my son to Gateway last night and they were so friendly and got us in and out quickly. We will definitely be going back.
I made an appointment for 8:00 A.M. because I needed to get in and out. I needed blood drawn for lab work and some x-rays. I arrived at 7:50 with my paperwork filled out. I saw a guy get a vacuum from behind the desk and walk off and heard him vacuum the back. I was the only one in the waiting room (except for another woman who left upset without being seen) and was finally called in at 8:35. After the tech took my vitals, the doctor came in at 8:50. Great place! Went there on a Sunday, the service was fast with very little wait time. The doctor and nurse was very friendly, caring, and professional. The doctor was willing to give her advise and treated us like she had known us forever. 5 Star Service!!!!
My husband had a bad case of poison oak/ivy and we stopped in just before closing. Instead of giving him a prescription while we were there we were told it would be called in. It’s still not there and we’ve been told it was. Not impressed at all.
I brought my son in for stitches. I ask if someone would look at him and let me know if it was even possible before I signed him in. No one wants to pay a co-pay for nothing. The receptionist politely said she couldn’t answer the question for me but would get someone who could. The nurse came out and looked at him and decided Neosporin and vitamin E oil would be best.
