Went into the Urgent Care Facility because I was feeling sick these people are great very professional highly recommended I found out I had the first stage of pneumonia a lot better than going to the ER for the long long wait

I am completely impressed with this establishment. My doctor, Seth Weatherby, takes all the time I need to explain all my different issues. He is one of a VERY few Doctors that really listens to me and truly cares. That is very rare in these days. I have only seen him just a few short times, and I can actually tell that he is a truly caring Doctor. I have been to many doctors, and with Seth, I have truly hit the jackpot. Fast, kind, patient-oriented service. The staff went above and beyond to find the real source of my frequent and repeated illness that others simply put down as bronchitis. I appreciate how the nurse and doctor asked lots of questions and listened to my answers. I’m feeling better already due to proper medication and the knowledge that my treatment is for the real problem and not just similar symptoms. I’ll definitely call Gateway Urgent Care again.
