Be upfront with patients if you do not have flu test on hand. Had to pay $50 to be told I might have the flu after already waiting 3 hrs. Then gave no rx for bad cough that I had to go to another Dr pay a copay to get resolved. Then to find out I did have the flu.
RecommendedI absolutely Love all the people at Gateway. They are so kind and friendly and very thorough.
Very convenient. Easy to walk in and be seen after regular Doctor office hours ,not able to be seen by primary care doctor Or not needing an emergency room visit! They are friendly and professional!!

HIGHLY recommend. Actually this is the only urgent care/ walk-in clinic I will recommend to anyone. Staff was very friendly all around, providing a comfortable atmosphere. This place is amazing. Their hours are great, everyday 8a-8pm. The facility is new, nice and clean, the staff is professional and nice, they listen to your concerns. They have an X-ray machine which saves so much time. We were in and out in 45 min and had an X-ray and results back in that time frame. Super impressed! Will be back.
We have been to multiple clinics around Murfreesboro over the years - this was our first time to Gateway Urgent Care and the staff is so sweet, patient, engaged and kind. I cannot recommend this clinic more highly - our experience was truly wonderful and the people are so caring. I think we will never go anywhere else now that we’ve found this place.
