This was our first experience of getting a loan, and Shawn and his team did great! Shawn was extremely attentive and patient in explaining the whole process, numbers, and timings. The dashboard platform used to submit documents was convenient and fairly easy.
I was recommended to Shawn from a great friend of mine who also experienced his "awesome customer service" and I have to concur he was very knowledgeable and walked me step by step through the process and I never felt lost or uneasy about the process! I would say to anyone if you are looking for the best in the business call Shawn, he will not disappoint you!!
