We had an 8:00am appointment to get 2 recalls corrected we were told it would take about an hour and a half to complete. We were on our way home by 8:55 !! Now that's what I call service. In addition to that while we were waiting we had access to free coffee, hot chocolate, water, chips, TV, free wifi and a kids play room! Thinking very seriously about going back this Saturday to check about ppossibly trading in our 2015 Altima for an SUV!!!
After a bumpy start, we are very stratified with Nissan Gates! Ended up leaving the lot with a Chrysler, couldn't be more pleased! Thank you guys
