Dwight was an excellent salesman, he was very honest and helpful, never pushy. He covered all my questions and needs. I had a smooth hassle free experience with Dwight. It couldn’t have been better. My car was handed over clean and beautiful and full of gas. This is my second car from Gates Nissan, I really wouldn’t consider a different car dealership.
We just bought a car from Gates Nissan in Richmond KY. May I say we had a very pleasant experience. The whole team there was very helpful in a non-pushy kind of way. I want to commend my new friend Mr Shawn Franklin, our sales guy! I cannot say enough good things about this fellow. He listened to how we wanted to do business and then went to work for us. I believe Shawn truly likes helping people in a very professional way. I recommend Shawn and Gates Nissan to anyone!

My daughter, Mackenzie, made her first car purchase tonight and the experience couldn’t have been any better! Kendall was patient while we looked at the options and she answered all of our questions. She was so friendly and made the buying experience great! The staff had to stay late while we finished up the paperwork, but she never complained. Kendall Ross you rock! Thank you!
Great customer service! I came in today to the service department with my 2017 Rogue. The battery had gone bad and they replaced it under warranty in a little over an hour with no appointment. I’m so thankful to these nice folks!
