gates sale manager nick was completely a dick was trading in new car started talking down to me told me he did not need the business couse him and his sale team made promises they did not wont to keep but we did go else were got a better deal on 2020 SUV never will I do or recommend any one do business with the gates family car lots there rip offs and very un professional
Great service and people. Had my oil changed and i noticed when i got back in my car they had set my clock back and hour to correct time. I had left it, cause i didnt know how too....thanks Gates Nissan!!

Received great service today after hearing noises in our 2013 Nissan Altima while driving I-75 SB from Canada heading to Florida. Pulled in at 4:30 to their covered Service Reception area and reception was amazing and a mechanic did an immediate diagnosis and found loose wheel nuts which was a shock for sure. We had a cold water,snack and free WiFi in their large waiting area but never had time to finish our water when the staff said we were good to go.
