Absolutely worst service department in Central Kentucky. Pretty much oil change and tire rotation center. Fail to find the problem or fix anything. I wouldnt ever buy anything from a gates dealership ever again. I've been burned by them more than once.

I’m very sorry that Mr. F****** feels as though he has been wronged by Gates Nissan. My understanding of his concern is at least partially in conflict with the facts ( again as I understand them). The issue at hand is a concern regarding unreasonable seat travel. RecommendedWe had a great experience at Gates Nissan! We went in knowing the vehicle we wanted, which was already priced fairly and honestly, below any other dealership. We needed a vehicle ASAP and they made the whole experience as quick as they could. I have bought my last 2 new vehicles from Gates in Richmond, both of them Altimas. I'm starting on number 3 as of November 2, 2020. they are very dependable vehicles. Each time my experience with Gates Nissan has been awesome. I tell them what I'm looking for and they get me all the details I need. Yesterday, my Salesman was Ben Nukic.
