I recommend you go in and be truthful with them and let them know what your needs are and they’ll do absolutely anything that they can do to get you into a new car as soon as possible. Ask for Benjamin Nukic he will go out of his way to get the job done. And he is Completely understanding and honest. We will be back.
Our experience was enhanced by our sales person Michael Statham, he is very impressionable very respectful and what we were seeking- a real person trying to sell a real vehicle without a fake personality! We did however meet a couple other of your sales agents after the negotiations started and we are grateful we ended with Michael because otherwise we probably would have left the lot! Ive been coming here since 2010 for all my service needs. And finally today I got myself a Gates Nissan vehicle! Best place to go to get your vehicle serviced and to purchase one too.
Don't buy anything from them on eBay. Zero communication after sending them multiple messages after it was five days of part not being shipped. Finally sent them a message through their website before I ever got a response. Was guaranteed a delivery by March 19th. & here it is with still no part. Last message I received from them (March 18th.) they asked if I wanted a refund. Sent message back & told them as long as they could have the part here by Friday (my deadline), we would be good.
