Had my Nissan Rogue about 6 mths now and I absolutely love it. The service dept. is outstanding! Highly recommended!!
I'm very unhappy with my service today. I brought my car in at 730 am to figure out what was wrong with my car. They called and said I needed new break pads and should be down by 2. I'm sitting here now still watching them put the break pads on and they have been turning the roaders. Did I mention that they started at 2 and they are only changing the front break pads only?
I went to Gates Nissan today to buy a car. Went through the hole process of working with a nice young lady, working on a price. We were there, asked to sign an agreement. In this agreement I ask for one new tire, to replace one of the front tires that was almost down to the, what I call knockers. This car was a 2013 but did not have matching tires.
