TLDR - Order from 'Fast Growing Trees' or 'The Tree Center'. Avoid this place at all costs. 1) Before my order, I asked several questions, I never got an answer. Excellent quality plants. Packaged very well in a way that ensure there is no damage.
These people are absolute crimuinals ansd are being reported to the Maryland State District Attorney's office of Consumer Protection for: 1. Charging for an item not shipped 2. shipping so pathetic that nobody in their right mind would pay $1.00 for this awful plant. BEWARE: THIS IS AN INTERNET FRAUDSTER AND PREDATOR. Only received half of my order 18 days after ordering. They offered no assistance with tracking it down and no proof they shipped it complete. Customer service is terrible and will no longer respond to communicate so I am out $100. I've tried reaching out to shipper but no luck in locating the items. Do not purchase from this vendor.
I ordered two Jane Magnolias and received trees in a timely manner. However, they were not the trees I had ordered. I emailed them and waited the recommended 72 hours that they state that they will contact you by. They did not contact me. I called them. They did not contact me. I emailed them again with no response. And called them again today. The trees they sent me are now on the verge of death because they need to be planted. I ordered a one gallon size lavender plant and received a tiny plant. I paid $58 for it with shipping. When I reached out to customer service, I was told plants grow very flippantly. Obviously I did not get the product I had paid for and had desired a mature plant. To be told plants grow was condescending and there was no effort to address the discrepancy from what was advertised and what I received.

Since this review was written we have reconciled with the customer. A new lavender plant was shipped the next day, and we also included a Peace Lily at no extra charge. The person who responded to this customer was not familiar with our response process and has since been corrected.

Ordered 100 ground cover plants. Received 2 bamboo plants that’s were half dead. Called and emailed them about a refund and have been receiving some fluff emails from their customer service with no resolution. They are a scam. It’s been 2 months.

Unfortunately we do not have a record of this order under this customers name or email address, and so we cannot reply specifically. We do acknowledge that sometimes shipping errors can occur, and our policy is to always send a new order with the correct items out immediately.
This company took all the money right away then did not ship product. I would not deal with them .
