I've ordered a few times and been very pleased. My Christmas Cyclamen order must have gotten too cold in transit. The plant started dying the day after I received it. But I contacted Garden Goods Direct and sent them photographs. Their in-house specialist reviewed the photos and could tell the plant had gotten too cold in shipment. They asked if i would like another and I said yes! Got the replacement right away. Since then I've ordered two of the white resin pots and I love them!

Both my plants came tightly packed with warmers and in 1-2 days even though I only paid for 4 day shipping. They are beautiful and great new additions to my growing plant collection. I was so impressed with Garden Goods Direct. I spent a lot of money for a live fiddle leaf fig plant. It arrived in the dead of winter perfectly packaged and healthy! I will not hesitate to order more from them in the future!
I've had experiences with other plant sellers, and Garden Goods Direct is definitely the best one so far. I ordered a 6-inch Peperomia Hope plant, and after my order was done being processed, the plant shipped and arrived at my doorstep within two days.
