I received an Endless Summer hydrangea this week. It arrived in excellent condition and in bud. The fact that the pot was zip tied to the box made all the difference. I can’t recommend this company enough. Great job!! D******

Beware. I ordered 7 large shrubs. Not inexpensive and had to wait. When delivered, not at all what I ordered and would not fit in the intended landscape. Called, emailed several times to request replacing with the correct shrubs I ordered. Never received a response. I concluded they just dumped the shrubs they wanted to get rid of on me. I don't understand why they are in business. Unethical and ripped me off. Plus, zero customer service? They need to be investigated. This company gives other reputable companies a bad name!
If I could give this company a Zero I would. If anyone sees this, do not buy from this company! My husband ordered me a new hoya plant from them for valentines day. He paid for 3 day shipping but the plant was over 2 weeks late even though he paid extra. They sent me a dying / already dead plant. I own other hoya plants and know how they are suppose to look and feel. They are supposed to be very firm, waxy plump leaves with strong vines. I ordered a baby blue spruce and it arrived promptly after shipment (2 days). Very well packaged and well watered for shipping with no branches broken or damaged.. It is in excellent health after weeks of acclimating outside, and ready for planting when the ground permits. Highly recommend!
I ordered a Sky Pencil Holly, an Ann Magnolia, and a Show Off Sugar Baby Dwarf Forsythia Shrub. They all arrived in perfect condition and the plants are exceptionally healthy. Garden Goods Direct ships immediately unless you request a specific date which I like. Looking forward to getting these in the ground in a new berm I am building.
