We are located in Florida and we’re researching plants to grow in dry, sandy conditions and found thuja green giants as being a good fit. We purchased a total of 50 plants in 4 separate shipments, costing approximately $550. We noticed some brown spots on some of the plants but didn’t think much about it being they were shipped a long distance. this company is awful. i wish i checked reviews before ordering. this company has had my money for over a month on an order placed, even though fedex website shows order never delivered been waiting for my refund 3 weeks and counting
I am warning anybody out there who is thinking of using this company to avoid them at all costs. You will be scammed out of your money. I placed an order for a Christmas gift weeks before Christmas so that it would arrive in time. However, a week before Christmas, I still had had no word whether or not my order had even been filled yet. Ordered 10 3-4 foot emerald green arborvitae in spring of 2019. They arrived well packaged and very healthy. They have grown so well for us. I have since placed 3 additional orders and all have arrived beautifully.
Garden Goods confirmed my $50 on-line order of 3 1-gallon plants by e-mail and indicated they would ship order in 5-7 days and would notify me when it shipped, As of 13 days later I e-mailed a customer service request on status and their auto response e-mail said they would check and get back to me in 24 hrs - again no response or follow-through to their own stated customer service timeline.
