Canelés: A Bordeaux original, our recipe uses milk, eggs, flour, and sugar with a hint of rum and vanilla for flavor. We are the only patisserie in Pittsburgh to offer these. My husband and I have come hear every time we're in the area. It is always fantastic in every way. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is beyond compare! His favorite is the lemon tartlette. I always get one of the mega macarons and am never disappointed.
I happened to raid my friends Gaby et Jules bag and she parted with the almond macaroon she bought. AMAZING!!!!! I am an instant fan!
