Macarons and canelés are our specialties. Macarons: 100% gluten-free made with almond flour, egg whites, sugar, and a buttercream/ganache center. Canelés: A Bordeaux original, our recipe uses milk, eggs, flour, and sugar with a hint of rum and vanilla for flavor. We are the only patisserie in Pittsburgh to offer these. everything is so delicious
😍 Born and raised in France, I have lived in the US for 10 years. And it took me about 8 years to find a place where a baguette tastes like a baguette, a croissant melts in your mouth as it's supposed to do (as opposed to staying on your stomach as if you had drunk a whole bottle of oil), pastries that had the flavor of my younger years, etc. This all happened at Gaby et Jules. So I can only vouch for this amazing place, their amazing staff, and above all, their incredible everything!
I was visiting a friend in Pittsburgh for the day and we stopped in. The staff were super friendly. They have beautiful desserts and amazing macaroons!!!

Gaby et Jules has the best macarons I’ve ever had!!!! I’m absolutely in love with this place! I got a tower for my sisters bridal shower and it was gorgeous and I plan to do the same when I get married! The staff is soooo nice, helpful and welcoming. My family and I are lifelong fans!
