Macarons and canelés are our specialties. Macarons: 100% gluten-free made with almond flour, egg whites, sugar, and a buttercream/ganache center. Canelés: A Bordeaux original, our recipe uses milk, eggs, flour, and sugar with a hint of rum and vanilla for flavor. We are the only patisserie in Pittsburgh to offer these.
