Macarons and canelés are our specialties. Macarons: 100% gluten-free made with almond flour, egg whites, sugar, and a buttercream/ganache center. Canelés: A Bordeaux original, our recipe uses milk, eggs, flour, and sugar with a hint of rum and vanilla for flavor. We are the only patisserie in Pittsburgh to offer these. Stopped in last Thursday. A treat for the eyes for sure! It was hard to decide which treats to try! Left with chocolates and macarons. Very friendly service. It was like a jewelry store of pastries!

Honestly I was never a fan of these macaroons (even those I had in Paris) until I tasted them from Gaby et Jules!!! They were giving out freshly made samples of the chocolate at the Pittsburgh International Airport Open House and I was hooked. OMG...I've got to tell the world that these are THE most incredible macaroons!! The are so moist and flavorful. The pastries, cookies and cakes are so amazing and the display is beautiful. What I also love is how CLEAN it is there!! The workers are are so sweet and pleasant everytime!
These are the best macarons that I have ever had! Absolutely delicious.
Even better than the macarons we had in Paris! Love them! So light and flavorful. And super happy about the kiosk in Pittsburgh International Airport (husband works there!) so now I can get them weekly!
