Macarons and canelés are our specialties. Macarons: 100% gluten-free made with almond flour, egg whites, sugar, and a buttercream/ganache center. Canelés: A Bordeaux original, our recipe uses milk, eggs, flour, and sugar with a hint of rum and vanilla for flavor. We are the only patisserie in Pittsburgh to offer these. The desserts are unbelievable! The ☕️, Earl Grey, and Lemon Macarons were my favorites!

I came from Morgantown, WV this past weekend with my sis-in-law & a friend of ours & we will definitely be back, next time with my kids! I love, love macarons & these were amazing. Love the various flavors to choose from. The other desserts are both beautiful & delicious. I tried the "Le Pirate" & wasn't disappointed one bit with my choice. Thank you for an awesome French dessert experience. :)
