Macarons and canelés are our specialties. Macarons: 100% gluten-free made with almond flour, egg whites, sugar, and a buttercream/ganache center. Canelés: A Bordeaux original, our recipe uses milk, eggs, flour, and sugar with a hint of rum and vanilla for flavor. We are the only patisserie in Pittsburgh to offer these. Amazing! Our first visit today after several meals @ Paris 66 which we have gone to several times <3. We will be back again, and again! Brought home 7 macaroons and several pastries! All were amazing! The service was Top Notch as well! :)
