Macarons and canelés are our specialties. Macarons: 100% gluten-free made with almond flour, egg whites, sugar, and a buttercream/ganache center. Canelés: A Bordeaux original, our recipe uses milk, eggs, flour, and sugar with a hint of rum and vanilla for flavor. We are the only patisserie in Pittsburgh to offer these. Can only be described in one word: INCREDIBLE. Exactly the same quality desserts you would get in patisserie shops in Paris, and they make everything in-house.

I had stumbled across this little gem when I was 17 looking for birthday macaroons. I am now 22 and am still blown away with the authenticity, attention to detail, and deliciousness that is Gaby Et Jules. I went in today for an assortment of their valentines treats (including the cheesecake heart with raspberry filling, yum!) and once again was blown away. Staff is very efficient. The pastries are works of art and they are as delicious as they are beautiful. the pear cheesecake was trés magnifique!
