Liars in **************** and Sales Staff I wanted a recliner and sofa. Clerk INSISTED I buy 3 piece set, saying delivery would be quicker [I explained time is of the essence]. We could not purchase the display set, and would be required to have it delivered (extra charge).A call from their delivery company confirmed I would receive my purchase 13 days later, but they did not receive the furniture to deliver it on the scheduled date.Furniture Row said because I changed my order (canceled one piece), delivery would take longe... read more

Business response:

Customer had a written quote of 2-4 weeks on her invoice. Although she changed her purchase, the items still arrived within that time frame and were held until she returned from vacation. A third party delivery company (not owned or operated by Furniture Row) rescheduled her delivery from 12/27 to 12/30 so Furniture Row refunded all delivery charges back to her for her inconvenience and frustration.

We ordered a new suite of furniture from Furniture Row in July 2021. The sales rep was *********************. She ENSURED us we would have our furniture in ***** weeks. We expressed concern with her that we needed the new furniture before Thanksgiving, as we were moving and had no furniture.No problem! She said 20 weeks is the longest. The 20 week deadline was November 11, we knew we were cutting it close, but she ensured us wed have them in time.Fast forward 20 weeks later, we received no call or information as to the timel... read more

Before Labor Day in ****************************************************************************************** more than $4000. I also paid $200 for the protection plan which now Im reconsidering if I even need. After reading other posts, As this is only to cover stains. I used the six years no interest payment plan credit card. I had to place 240 something dollars cash down. The remaining amount was put on the credit card. We have spoke to the customer and apologized for the delays. We only had two of the three pieces to her set at our distribution center. We offered her to take the floor model for a discount until the remaining piece arrives. She would like to use the one floor model piece until January and then switch it out for her correct piece. We agreed to do that so she had her two new pieces to her couch along with our floor model to complete her set to sit at for Christmas. This will be delivered this week. Thank you

I paid BunkBed for $3,931.12, mid of September 2021. I heard it will deliver at mid of Feb 2022. But I can't wait for it. I was trying to cancel order but they denied it. They said "It already started production". It's crazy. Does they working on it 1 min everyday?

We spoke to the customer on his purchase on a custom bunk bed he ordered back in September. The *** is the same from the day of purchase. After 72 hours, there is no canceling a special order without a restocking fee. We told the customer he could cancel now if he would like but there would be a restocking fee involved. The customer said he would let us know what he would like to do. Thank you

Terrible ************************* 2 broken lift chairs No call backs as promised / several times including the store manager Do not purchase from them

Two lift recliners were purchased in December of 2020 from our *************** location of Furniture Row. These items were Discontinued, reduced in price, and sold As-Is from the display floor with no warranty.When contacted in September of 2021, we offered to order replacement parts needed, for the price charged us by the manufacturer and offered the information to a local furniture repair store.Unfortunately, since these items were discontinued and sold with no warranty, we are unable to replace or offer a refund. I ordered a couch from Furniture Row in April 2021. I live out of state and had just purchased a house in the area. I started furniture shopping early because I knew that furniture was on back order due to COVID. I was told that the couch would be available mid July. I said that that was fine since we wouldn't have the renovation finished and be able to move in before than anyway. She is very understanding with the situation everyone is in as a world trying to get product. She will reach out to me if she decides to make another purchase when she gets here to ********. I couldn't be more disappointed in Furniture Row and their absolute incompetence! We paid, in full, for a sectional on April 6th, 2021 with a delivery date of early July 2021. In the last week of June, we get a phone call that all of our sectional, except one piece, is in and they want to deliver it minus the missing piece because they need the warehouse space (what?? Who takes half a sectional?) ?!?!?!?!? I of course said no, we want our whole sectional and they apologized and said the last piece is coming in at the end of ... read more

They can't get our furniture order right. They keep bringing us different furniture. The ** stand is dark wood. We want light wood. The sofa has been delivered twice. Wrong sofa the first time,Wrong color the second time. Why can't they get it right. We've been in and showed them the pictures of the sofa they delivered. They act like they will get it right and haven't. Now we will go and talk to the manager again ****** for the 7 th time. It doesn't seem to get any better

Love my new furniture but absolutely disgusted with the service and how I was treated. Husband and I bought all new furniture to furnish our entire home... so not cheap. While meeting with our sales rep, I requested it be delivered AND have it put together for us so we didn't have to mess with anything. When it came to delivery time, all of our furniture was put into our garage still in boxes. The heavier boxes were flipped up our driveway end-to-end which ended up damaging our new foot board to our bedroom set. The delivery... read more
