Please be aware that there is no customer service or follow through from the sales reps at this store after you walk out their showroom doors. They never scheduled our furniture delivery even though we were told several times of the specific delivery date. When we called because we hadn't received the delivery time window, we were still assured of its delivery and would find out time on the day of delivery. Sales rep not only lied but did not work to correct his error. Stating that we would now have to wait until there was r... read more

Their sales are lies! They advertise big sales but once you get inside the rules change. Oh, but wait, get your magnifying glass out and there’s the fine print. What a joke! We will not buy from them again.

Ordered in October. It’s been 6 months and no sign of our furniture that was supposed to arrive in March. Half of it is in but they refuse to deliver what came in already. There hasn’t been much communication or apologies for the fact that it has been six whole months. It’s hard to believe that they are still blaming the pandemic for slow timing when we ordered a couch from another company in January and we have already received it. I purchased a couch from Andrew at Furniture Row. He was helpful and very nice to work with. The couch arrived in the time frame Andrew provided us and Furniture Row kept us updated every step of the way. I've had he couch for a few months now and the quality is great. I would very much recommend visiting Andrew for your next furniture purchase!

Do not shop this store or any furniture row. i had a problem with a delivery two pieces of furniture were damaged. The delivery men were also doing a lot of swearing and complaining in front of my nine year old. when i called to complain to the salesguy all i got was excuses. he truly did not care. they are going to refund the one broken piece, however, i am unable to get it out of my house for over a week because they are too busy. i called to complain to the manager hoping to move up the day they are supposed to remove the... read more

These reviews are exactly what we are experiencing. Purchased bedroom set in September. Delivery boys ruined the headboard and mattress. Furniture repair guy ruined a drawer, which had a minor issue. Still nothing. We have placed several calls and we are told product is still not available. Almost sorry to have stopped into Furniture Row and spend several thousand dollars

Furniture Row as typically been good. Dec. 6, 2020 we ordered 3 barstools, and 3 piece sectional (sofa, loveseat, and a wedge piece) furniture and were told they would be in around Jan. We received our barstools and the sofa and wedge. Today, I called and spoke to manager (Norman) and inquired what the status was on the loveseat and was told oh it will be late April. Purchased our furniture on December 2nd and was told delivery would be no later than the first week of February. Come the first week of February we have now been without furniture (minus the bed) since our move in November.(our clothes are still in bags) I placed a call to inquire about our furniture seeing as no one has taken the time to contact us. Scott, the Store Manager, left two messages with Mr. ****** yesterday. I left a message and sent a text as well with an apology for the lack of communication. We will make sure the customer is updated weekly on the status of his order until it arrives. The delivery was refunded to the customer's card yesterday through Podium. I had a very displeasing experience with Mitch the manager. If it wasn’t for Chris I would have gone through with having my order returned. Mitch was an awful person calling me a liar and his employees liars. He is one of the worst managers I’ve ever dealt with. Chris was super professional a d eager to help and resolve while remaining professional. Chris is the reason I ended up canceling the pickup and keeping the couch.
