My wife and I went shopping for a new sofa set. We picked one that was in stock in Denver because we needed it in about a months time. Apparently with in that month they sold our in stock sofas and they went on back order. Nobody called us. Finally I call and ask where our sofa is as the month has passed and we were supposed to have it delivered. So we go back to the store end up spending even more( now over $3500) for another one "in stock" so we can get it soon. It comes in about a week later, no way for me to know though ... read more

I want to apologize for this. It should never happen. The original BBB review was sent in on 07/06/2021. Since then, this has been addressed. I have given free full delivery and set up, along with discounting the invoice to cover the truck rental. I have also addressed the notifications to customers on a weekly basis. Awful Quality. The sectional we purchased has separated in the middle of the main cushions leaving a large gap. This makes it nearly impossible to get comfortable. I really wish I would have spent the extra money and purchased from a higher quality store. I'm extremely disappointed ??

Nancy was so helpful! I was in and out within 30min. All of the stuff I got was on backorder (I knew that since we are in a global shortage) she did tell me upfront that my stuff would get to the store around early Julyish. I am cool with it because COVID has disrupted supply and demand. Also, I'm not in a hurry to get my stuff since I've been running around with a broken couch for months. What's a few more weeks going to kill me? probably not. Overall good experience and Nancy was supper helpful.
I moved into my place March of 2020 and decided to purchase new sofas not even three months in my recliner sofa breaks. I called furniture row and they came picked it up fixed it and bought it back. Now April 24-28,2021 my same sofa recliner breaks again I call spoke to a young lady she says since the sofa was already fixed and that didn't work she would just order a replacement but it wouldn't arrive until late May. I have not heard back from this customer. We tried to track an invoice and could not retrieve one. I have reached out on June 3rd and 16th and still no response. Please reply that we are doing all we can to get connected with the customer, but we have not been contacted in return.
After looking at all the furniture stores in Springfield we found a loveseat at furniture row that we liked, we ordered it and paid for it in full and we were told it would take 2 months to get it, when we got out to our car we saw a big flashing sign that said free delivery, we looked at our invoice and saw that we were charged $150.00 for delivery, we called the store and were told that the charge was for them to take it out of the box and plug it in (we were told none of this when we ordered it) we said that we would take... read more

I checked into this issue. Our ‘reader board’ in front of the store is advertising ‘free shipping’. We offer that to local customers at no charge. It is exactly as the name implies. We ship it to your home with our delivery crew. That customer’s product is either left on their porch or in their garage. The customer initially chose ‘white glove’ delivery service. The store will tell you one thing about warranty that the parts is covered for three years but the owner is responsible for the labor on a floor model . The sectional is not even 2 years old and they kept telling me they are waiting on an email from the supplier to see if a part can be sent , but it will be at the cost of the purchaser, the supplier has not responded after three emails sent. in the past month. Only deliver at their convenience with no consideration of the customers availability. We would give them a 0/5 if we could. We order our furniture back in February and told us it would be here mid- April and here it is May and we are still waiting. They are forcing us to take a day off now and will only give us a 24-hr notice of the day and approximate delivery window. Buyer beware of any type of warranty promise at this location! I purchased a couch and loveseat in May 2020. By fall 2020 one of the recliner motors on the loveseat was broken and stitching was coming out of the fabric. I called in November and spoke to the manager regarding the warranty to replace the broken parts. At that time I was told that parts were ordered in December. I spoke with Ms. ******** last evening. I explained to her that the person who was handling her issues was no longer with the company and it got lost in the shuffle. We are sorry that this has happened and want to take care of here. We are still waiting on the motor from the manufacturer. She had the mechanism repaired.
