I purchased a livingroom set from furniture row as well got talked into the warranty... $ ******* later they delivered it and the drivers were extremely rude. They had no respect for me and my brand new home. I've had the couch two months now and it sinks in the middle. It is unbearably uncomfortable to sit on. I have called and complained and I get told different stories from each person I talk to. I want my money back and get a more comfortable sofa... it shouldn't be sinking after 2 months. Our repair service visited ************** home today and assessed the issues at hand. They said that they could repair the units, but, would suggest that we replace the set or give her full credit toward another set. We have notified ************** that we will give her full credit that she paid for the set toward another set.

We bought an fairly expensive leather sofa. We were told the heavily used parts were real leather (false) we also purchased the extended warranty. The leather started wearing about a month later. Called furniture row, they told us to call the extended warranty company. We did, over and over. No response. Buy your leather furniture from a reputable company NOT furniture row!!

They guests original purchase was December ********************************************** December of 2017 they contacted the store saying they had problems with the set. The issue was with the mechanics. The protection company didnt cover because it was determined that the damage was not regular use. That said the store did replace the set free of charge to satisfy the guest and satisfy any warranty for the set. We even let them switch to another set. August 8, 2021 ordered a chair and was aware of the 6 month wait. Received a call from the salesperson on March 4, 2022 and she said the chair is delayed until April 2022. March 8, 2022 she called and said the chair was there at the store. Went to the store to find the wrong chair had come in. Nothing at all like the chair I had ordered. Asked what happened? Salesperson said she didn't know but this is the chair. Never bothered to go back to the manufacturer and find out where the correct chair was. Options were reordering a... read more

I spoke with ********************** and let her know the check arrived. At her request, I am putting it in the mail to her.After that, I discussed the situation with her to clarify things. I explained that we did not charge a $100 restocking fee, the chair that she selected instead of waiting for a new order to go through was regular priced $100 more, but on sale for being a floor item $200 off, so the difference was the $100 credit that she was given. $12,000 and ten months later, I still don't have all my furniture I ordered. Every delivery is fully stocked with damaged pieces. The store managers are no help. I guess the next step is a court date. I can guarantee that I will never step foot in that store again. They must make a fortune ripping people off.

We weren't able to find a purchase in the amount or time frame as you have described, but we did find what we believe to be your purchase. We're sorry there were a couple items you received that arrived with damage. At this point, we can see you have received everything ordered except a rustic coffee table that has been reordered for you again at your request. The store will continue to keep you updated on delivery of your final piece as we wait for it to arrive.

Ordered a couple of chairs and table in the store and they wrote down the wrong numbers. Didn't find out until they delivered them. Trying still to get my money back ($2,000) while they keep non showing up to pick up the wrong items. Meantime we have no furniture and our money they are holding until they get their wrongfully ordered items back. Starting to feel like a scam. They are making ZERO effort to correct the situation and/or give me my money back. Avoid this place at all cost if you can.3/15/2022

We apologize for the error in ordering. When we found out about the error we did offer to upgrade to item with the features they wanted free of charge. The guest wanted a refund instead. Probably the worst experience Ive dealt with a local business. That expensive warranty that I purchased turned out to be a scam. All the money was worthless. The sales person pushed and pushed me and my family and over promised the warranty. I called two days ago and the regional manager was supposed to call me and havent heard from her. Ive left 10 messages for the store manager, I only spoke to him once And he put me on hold and never answered my questions.So next week I am going to file a full damages law suit In small cl... read more

Yes, ******************** purchased at Store 202. ****, Store Manager, *****, Assistant Manager and *********************, with Zendesk have been involved with this since October 25, 2021. I spoke to ******************** today. He was hopeful that we would pay off his Synchrony balance of $700 but agreed that the $275 credit back that ***** offered him to have sofa professionally cleaned was fair. His Synchrony account has been credited back.

Furniture Row *** ****** is not professional in dealing with customer issues. Couch buttons don't work and they don't fix after 4 months of purchase!

The customer has the part needed and just needed to contact the repair company for repair. I had the Manager, Will, reach out and make sure she got it done. She did but she's having the same issue with that switch too. We communicated with her today about getting her a new piece.

After visiting three mattress stores we went to ****** Mattress in Furniture Row where *** helped us. He was committed to us getting exactly what we wanted at a fair price. His professionalism and product knowledge guided us to our perfect mattress. The delivery was better than promised. ******* and ***** were great and very clean and careful. Poor service we order a couch and chase last April and we were told they had the couch but the chase would be about two weeks out, well here 2022 Jan and we still don't have the chase and when I called ( they never called me at all since we bought the couch) now they are telling me mid Jan.I talk with the asst ******* and was told that he couldn't do anything without the ******* OK,well I'm still waiting to here from the *******. Its funny that this company can't get the chase I order but all the rest of the furniture stores... read more
