I am very disappointed that Furniture Row did not follow through with their promises on their guarantee to have the two items (2 night stands) ready for pick up on or before mid February, I ordered the items on January 11, 2021. When “I” called to check on the status on February 13, 2021 spoke with a gentleman and informed him that I was trying to reach the lady that took my order via text with no response. Furniture Row does not follow through with their promises, and they have little to no contact with consumers after they make their sale and collected commission. We have been waiting on furniture since the end of August, one of the pieces were broken, so we are still awaiting its delivery. If you want updates, you have to call in, wait several minutes on hold, get hung up on, or not called back by management or your sales rep when inquiring the status of the furniture you've purchased. Customer has been updated about current order status. Customer was also compensated $1400 due to delays and lack of communication. The issue with the poor communication from the store has been addressed and taken very seriously. We apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused and we will update them as soon as the product arrives from our distribution center.

Bought a couch 2 weeks before Christmas for my Mother and Father in law. When I was there, they told me it wasn't in stock and they would have to order it and it would be in around January 1st. 2021. I also paid for delivery where they would take it into the house and remove the old couch and dispose of it. We haven't heard anything from them so we checked with them on January 4th 2021 and found the haven't even ordered it yet. We asked for our money back and they said that would take another 5 days. I made a sectional crunch purchase September 5,2020. I was told 12-14 weeks for delivery (key word: delivery), it even says it on all my receipts and papers. Also, to make things clear from the start there is no where in fine print stating how it can possibly take longer so yes, I read every single word on each paper. Worst furniture buying experience ever!! We purchased a complete living room set from them in July of this year. We knew the delivery was going to be delayed due to the pandemic, but we didn't get the first delivery until October (after I called to find out where our furniture was). Purchased a $3000 + sectional from them that is now "discontinued" and have had problems since day one. They've been out multiple times to fix it, replaced the console and lounge. I call back in for the same repairs and they say warranty is out and they say.... sorry nothing we can do! Are you kidding me! Horrible place, horrible service, and horrible quality furniture. If it is a reoccurring issue, fix it!

Customer purchased set in 2014. Their warranty expired in 2017. They sent us an email stating they wanted it repaired and were willing to pay for their own repairs so we called and left a voicemail providing the contact information of a qualified repair technician in their area.

Don't even think I can actually rate them its so low. We bought a sectional about 2 months ago and it has NEVER been right. We paid $156.11 for delivery and set-up, well the set up was a joke!!! They literally walked in put the pieces down and I "thought" everything was connected but NOPE!!! So to say the least we have had 3 visits, this last one from a 3rd party who didn't even really know how to put the pieces together. So we have replaced the center section and the delivery guys didn't even put the backs on the center sec... read more

We've been in contact with this customer throughout their complaints. A different crew was sent to their home the day after this complaint was filed and the matter was resolved. Customer confirmed this on 10/29. We've replaced every piece they've complained about without question.

They delivered broken product store 47 green bay wi store manger ignored me for 2 weeks and I was calling every other day. Eventually I found a corp contact and was insulted they at first refused to do anything I was ignored for weeks at a time by corp team member and I only received a refund when I threatened to sue them in small claims, worst furiniture company every i spent at least 10 hour over 2 months to get the issue resolved this company should be fixed i have evidences in text message emails and unsecured phone call... read more

We offered Mr ******* three viable option to bring resolution to this situation. We offered to order a new replacement piece, we then offered him a repair and we also offered him a sizable discount if he repaired it himself. The repair it’s self is quite simple. Mr ******* never responded to any of the offers. I spoke with Mr ******* reiterated the three offers, he again refused all three offers.
