RecommendedFinally got a V W dealer to listen to my "whistle problem" when window open. After some tests problem was fixed right. Yes I would recommend the service dept.
I bought a 2013 in August. It didnt have a manual, I asked if I could get one was told they didnt have any for my car. I was told they would mail me one within a week. it is now January am still waiting. I have called left numerous messages and no one returns my calls. now check engine light on but cant find out why without paying $125.00 for a garage to read what it could be. you took my money fast but now cant get any reponses.

I had booked a service appointment 3 weeks ago. when I got there I waited over a half hour just for them to tell me they didn't have the rental that I was told I would be getting. won't ever be using them again.

I knew that when I was in the market for a car again that they’d be the first place I looked. Excellent staff and they really do stand behind what they sell. Could not have asked for a better purchasing experience! Walked away with a wonderful car!
I went in to Fuccillo VW this weekend to find out more about the lease I've had for the past three years through VW credit services. I walked out with a 2019 Jetta in the color and trim level I wanted, paying what I was paying for my previous lease. Win/Win! Kristian and his manager worked hard to ensure my purchase was exactly what I was looking for at a price I could handle, as well as getting me out of store that day with my new vehicle.
