Good Morning, My experience at this dealership started with me calling and not getting a return phone. I'm not sure how this dealership works but a return call is always good practice. I filled out a finance application yesterday. I spoke to a gentleman (he had an accent) about my application and the vehicle. He told me it was sold. He never said if they had a different color or could get one. He then told me that it was too much money. In the same breath told me he would talk to the finance manager about a 2021. We had great service. We decided to lease our car from out of state and they made it so easy and seamless for us despite the distance. They drove and dropped off our car and followed very tight pandemic protocols in handling the paperwork transaction.
Bill and Grayson were fantastic! I was extremely frustrated by the process at other dealerships, but Fuccillo was a much better experience. The offers were essentially the same between dealerships. But I trusted Bill and chose Fuccillo because he seemed earnest and wasn’t pressuring me into a sale. Thank you everyone who stayed late for us!
The service department always gets your vehicle in. Quickly assessed the situation and alerts you to any problems. Very good

I was very happy with the service department. They were very friendly and were able to diagnose a problem in my 2008 Rabbit that no one else could. Their waiting room was also very clean, comfortable and socially distanced.
