I purchased a certified pre-owned 2014 Volkswagen Passat here about 6 months ago. I have to say it's been great! I was really reluctant to go to a Fuccillo dealership, because of a bad experience I had about 12 or 13 years ago at Fuccillo Hyundai, when I purchased a car. But I have been very pleasantly surprised this time! It was great working with the sales girl, I can't find her on the list here, but she was great! And the staff has been very wonderful since then also! Thank you!
From the time I walked into the building at Fuccillo VW I felt welcomed and at ease both of which I didn't feel at other dealerships that i visited in the past month. My experience with Fuccillo VW was a very positive one from start to finish. I arrived at 10:30,was greeted immediately by Mike Kerwin who was great to work with. By 2:30, I drove my new beetle home. I can honestly say since my first VW, the people here have really worked with me and helped me get into a car I never imagined. Billy and Keith original sold me a 2014 Passat S and now Brad and Manny got me in a 2017 Jetta GLI. Talk about an upgrade!
