I’ve had to bring my car to many times that is a 2018 vehicle that had no miles on it when I got it, and I’m going to have to again to have a new headliner put in after already having it back to the shop 2x’s just to have them tell me I need a new headliner put in. The first tried saying it was just a grease spot. Not a happy camper. I’m even having problems with my rear window that was faulty the first night I got it.
Fuccillo Volkswagen in Schenectady was by far my favorite dealership around! After searching for the perfect car after graduation and visiting other places, everyone at Fuccillo was extremely helpful and understanding of my wants/needs. This place is horrible and after 6 months of having my car I feel completely taken advantage of . Just got off the phone with Volkswagen of America from filing a formal complaint on this place. I really wish I never purchased a vehicle from them!
I was a bit hesitant to even attempt to purchase the certified preowned 2016 Passat TSI because having not purchased anything with credit in over 5 years, my credit was borderline subpar.
