This is the worst dealership i have ever dealt with. Not only did they completely back door me at the very last minute, the general manager and head of financed insulted me and were extremely rude and unprofessional. I will take my service literally anywhere else moving forward.

I bought a car yesterday and it was literally my favorite car buying experience. the atmosphere was great the staff was tremendous and I took my car home the same day! I highly recommend Fuccillo VW!
They lie get you into a “good deal” and when the bank doesn’t officially approve you they have to make you come back to resign paper work that doesn’t include things ie.) extended warranties and gap insurance and tell you nothing changed “they just got a better price from the bank”
