I have not had good experiences with the service department. Have had to bring my 2016 Jetta in 5 times because of oil leaks and consumption issues and an occasional whining noise. Each time I was told it was normal. After leaking so much oil that I had puddles in my drive way I took it to another shop and was told that the rear main seal was leaking and the transmission bearing was walking out. RecommendedAfter a few unpleasant experiences at other local Volkswagen dealerships, we were overjoyed at the customer service at Fuccillo Volkswagen. Our salesman, Shawn Maxwell provided the best customer experience we have ever had. He really went out of his way to answer every question and even came in on his day off to make sure we were all set with our vehicle.
