My husband and myself had an amazing experience here at fuccillo VW! Working with Justyn Michaels was wonderful. He was Very professional! He really did everything to make things work the way wanted it to! We will definitely be coming again in the future!
Yesterday was a horrible experience for me. I dropped my car off a few minutes before my appointment at noon. They said they were running a little behind which was understandable. But the rep went on to state my car would be ready no later than 130pm. To give a little leeway I arrived backed at the dealership at 145pm. The car was still not ready. Once again. After a deer totaled my car on a Tuesday morning I was blessed to find the car I really wanted and the wonderful people at Fuccillo. Thank you Michael Kerwin for all of your help. By Monday 6 days after my accident I was in a beautiful Certified VW. Michael took care of everything. My financing with a 5 star warranty, my title exchange with my insurance company for the old car, he helped with dropping off my rental car and had me driving home by the end of the day!
