Spent a few wasted minutes with the sales manager at Fuccillo trying to make a deal on a Tiguan lease. He was a miserable, joyless creature, who wouldn't deal at all, not a penny. Felt like a chore just to get him to lift his face away from his cell phone. When he sent his service manager out to look at my trade in, the service manager laughed and told him $100. Terrible experience, never again Fuccillo VW. I'll stick with Nemer.
Bought my car from Fuccillo VW last year. The sales staff there really went above and beyond for us. Have taken the car back twice now. First was for scheduled oil change. Most recent was for NY state inspection. The service staff is friendly and courteous and have made the service process as painless as possible. I would recommend Fuccillo VW to anybody!! Keep up the good work!!
