I went to Fuccillo VW this past weekend due to a recommendation from a friend, I was originally looking at a 2016 Dodge Journey, after test driving it and looking at other vehicles, the salesman Ryan sat with me, discussed all options, pro's and con's, my particular driving distance, issues and he decided to show me the 2017 VW Tiguan 4motion Sport. Great experience. Would absolutely do business with them again.
This was the worst customer service ever. Lied and said the fact the car was not there that I had an appointment to see was "no reflection" on them. Never even apologized. Rude and unprofessional is an understatement.
My overall experience was great and went very smooth for the purchase of my Jetta. My sales rep, William Watson, took the time needed and I didn't feel rushed or pressured by him in the least. No matter what dealer you go to, it's hit and miss what your actual salesman will be like... I happened to have a good experience with Will and the transaction in general. Now the facility itself was a bit run-down, and I didn't notice much in the way of lighting in the lot, so I can see how it could make evening car shopping difficult... read more
