I had an excellent experience getting a new Jetta, working with Donte in sales and Kevin in finance. Donte was super patient with me going back and forth "I want the white one.... no the black... wait do you have a brown one?!... ok, I want a white one!' Super experience :) Donte got my Bluetooth paired up quickly and Kevin took care of my financing quickly so I was in and driving my car out between work and dinner time. I also have a Passat; highly recommend the service department as well!!!
Headed back to Fuccillo VW to look for another Jetta. Love the one I have and was looking to lease another one. Paul Rifenburgh was my Sales Rep. Very nice and easy to work with. I told Paul exactly what I was looking for and what my terms were. What I like is he never try to sell me something I was not comfortable with or try to push me into another higher price vehicle. Had a great experience with this dealership and my salesman Mike. This is my second car and I highly recommend this place for a lease!
called about a light on my dash then the service "manager " began to tell me my tire light was on due to a possible nail in my tire and checking for a nail was impossible to do he said. So I began to explain how it isn't impossible and that I'm upset about the service that was done. He hung up on me stating that he didn't need my service and I'm not welcomed back to fuccillo. NEVER buying a vdub from them again. His name was Bill.
I went in after I had received a phone call from Briar Rose about possible buying out my lease. . She introduced me to Mike Kerwin, to discuss possible buying a new Jetta. Mike and I talked about what I was looking for and we looked at a few cars and I took a test drive. After some dickering back and forth I decided to purchase the newer Jetta. It was a great experience. Thank you Briar and Mike for your great service!
I went in to buy a new car and Donte was very helpful. He let me test drive several cars and was not pushy. he was easy to talk to and professional. I recommend Latham VW to anyone purchasing a new car!
