I feel more respected at Fuccillo. I have been to other dealerships over the years and have experienced - presumably because I am a female - an attitude that I certainly do not know much about cars, must be wrong in my thinking, and am only interested in the color. Everyone I have encountered at Fuccillo have listened, responded favorably and have been very willing to attend to my questions or concerns.
Not worth the waste of time. Ever since fucillo took it over I have never had a good experience or for that matter a timely one. They did an oil change forever ago and hit the cars side skirts with the lift or maybe dropped it and claimed it was like that when I brought it in(that was years ago) I walked away and said forget it. Now I try to give them another chance by taking a look at a 2013 Jetta and needless to say. Very disappointed
I typically don't call people out. But my experience at Fuccillo Volkswagen of Schenectady was one worthy of a slam. Worst Place I have ever dealt with. Purchased a part for my car, which THEY told my mechanic would fit, and when it turns out to be the WRONG part for my car. THEY charge me a 10% restocking fee and the parts manager (Al Luciano) boldly states "I don't even have to take it back", even thought HE provided the part number to the mechanic. I have been looking at the Atlas for a few months and found one on the website that looked appealing. I made an appointment to see the car and to talk to a salesman, Michael Kerwin, that I had taken me on a test drive a few months ago. I walked in at 1pm and was out the door at 4 with a brand new Atlas. This is my second car from Fuccillo and both times the experience was easy and painless! Thanks to Mike and the entire sales staff for a job well done! Loving my Atlas!

Gonna leave a review everywhere I get a chance . Complete ripoffs! Brought my 2011 VW Jetta here, they told me I Needed a 690$ oil pan that was gonna take six hours to fix cause mine "had" a leak! Turns out it doesnt. Weeks later my oil is still the same, brought it to a different mechanic, said they were trying to rip me off! Just glad I went with my gut to get a second opinion. Safe yourself the trouble.
