The financial manager there names Tommy was very rude not helpful and basically charged my family a extra 300 when it was your guys fault and he never resolved it he is a terrible person and also said I couldn't get a car with my credit and went somewhere else and got it easily I do not recommend this place to anyone

Lease wasn't up on my Santa Fe until Feb 18. Got a call that Fuccillo wanted to do an early buy out and get me into a new vehicle. Had no intention of trading yet but the incentive s they had on 17's was too good to pass up. 4 hours later (took that long because husband and I were procrastinating) we drove off the lot in our new Sonata Sport. Our salesman Anthony was very nice, not pushy. Loyal to Fuccilo.

The website had two cars i was interested in. The first was sold. The seconds was listed at 80 thousand miles. I get to the test drive and it had 85 thousand. They cannot finance anyone. I paid my debts off long ago so had no credit score. They said the could not finance me. I guess when Bill says they can finance anyone...he was in error? Is that legal? I pick up the car at closing.
